Our Tile & Grout Cleaning system is great for floors, showers and countertops. We will pre-spray the area with a mild or aggressive cleaning product depending on the level of soil. Then, we pressure rinse and use our special edging tool to get all those hard to reach areas. As an additional option (and recommendation) we can seal the grout with a premium stone and grout sealer.

The Cleaning Process

• The tile and grout are inspected then checked for cracks in the flooring as well as residue left by wax or old sealers.

• Our technicians remove all the loose derbis from the area.

• A cleaning compound is then applied to loosen the soil to make rinsing more effective.

• Once the soil has been loosened our state of the art equipment to rinse the floor and extract any remaining soil.
