Carpet Cleaning Process

Our truck-mounted carpet cleaning units deliver superior cleaning solutions to the carpet, then extracts them back out, leaving you with no sticky residue. All of our carpet and upholstery cleaning technicians have been thoroughly trained, and are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), to know about different fibers, fabrics, and proper methods to restore your carpet and upholstery to as "like new" condition as possible.

First walk off mats are placed to protect your floors then Corner Guards are placed to protect your walls.

Next dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in carpet cleaning. We remove up to 79% of the dry soil before introducing moisture to the carpet.

After that a preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and loosen the traffic area soil and lighter spots. Your carpet will be cleaned with hot water extraction for the deepest possible cleaning. In addition, our equipment has the ability to clean with lower temperatures and less moisture for the more delicate fibers.

Finaly your furniture will be carefully moved and returned to its place with protective blocks.
